Fantastic walking pad! I was a little concerned about the stability of the treadmill when inclined but it works well and feels solid. I love the you can also control the treadmill with the app so you don't have to worry if you lose the remote. I think it's a little expensive but there are often sales which is when I'd recommend to buy this. I just wouldn't expect to run on this but it's great to put under your desk while working.

To address unusual noises coming from a treadmill, you must first identify the source of the noise and then troubleshoot accordingly.
If the noise is coming from the running belt or deck, first check whether the running belt is misaligned. If it is, follow the running belt adjustment instructions to center it.
If the treadmill only emits unusual noise under load, check whether the treadmill base is level and whether the deck screws are loose. If either of these issues is present, adjust the base and tighten the screws.

We recommend adjusting it by a quarter turn at a time, gradually tightening it until the running belt no longer slips or vibrates.
If there is a deviation in the running belt, it needs to be solved by tightening the running belt. The specific method is as follows:
Step 1: When the running belt deviates to the left, rotate the left screwhole clockwise by 1/4 turn.
Step 2: When the running belt is tilted to the right, rotate the right larval hole clockwise by 1/4 turn. After each adjustment, run for 1-2 minutes to observe the calibration status.
If necessary, repeat the above steps to adjust again.
