UREVO Extended Warranty Policy Update

Effective March 20, 2026, UREVO offers a limited-time extended warranty benefit for users who download our app through official channels. Details are as follows:

I. New User Exclusive Extended Warranty

  • Eligibility: Customers who purchase from UREVO official sellers including official website, Amazon.com, Walmart.com, eBay.com and other authorized retailers on and after March 20, 2026.
  • Supported Products: Applies to treadmill and walking pad products only. (Leg massagers, SmartFit scales, refurbished products, accessories, etc. are not eligible.)
  • Warranty Extension: Receive an additional 180-day extended warranty after downloading the app and successfully binding your device.
  • Requirements: The product's serial number (SN) must be 22–23 characters in length (latest format).

II. Existing User Warranty Policy

  • Eligibility: Customers who purchased from UREVO official sellers before March 20, 2026.
  • Warranty Extension: The original warranty policy remains in effect. No changes will be made.

III. How to Activate Your Extended Warranty

Follow the steps below to activate your 180-day extended warranty:
  • Download the App: Install the UREVO app from the official App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
  • Connect Your Device: Open the app and follow the prompts to connect your product.
  • Access Warranty Service: Go to Profile → Device → Device Settings → Warranty Service.
  • Register Your SN: Enter the serial number (SN) from your product packaging (must be 22–23 characters).
  • Automatic Activation: Once verified, your device will be bound automatically and the 180-day extended warranty will be activated. You can check your warranty status and expiration date in the app.


IV. Additional Information

  • This updated policy applies only to customers who purchase from UREVO official sellers including official website, Amazon.com, Walmart.com, eBay.com and other authorized retailers on and after March 20, 2026.
  • UREVO reserves the right of final interpretation of this policy.
