Return & Refund Policy

You may cancel your order directly from the Order Status page within 1 hour of placing your order. You can access the Order Status page through your order confirmation email or your UREVO website account.

After 1 hour, if you are no longer able to cancel your order through the Order Status page, please contact us at contact@urevo.com to request a cancellation.

Please note that orders that have already been processed for shipping or shipped cannot be canceled.

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving the product, provided the following conditions are met:
· The product is unused, in its original condition, with all accessories and packaging intact.
· A valid proof of purchase is provided.
· Customized or personalized products are not eligible for returns without cause. 

Step 1: Contact customer service (contact@urevo.com) to obtain the return address and instructions.
Step 2: Ship the product back to the designated address. We recommend keeping the shipping proof.
Step 3: We will inspect the returned product within 2–3 business days of receipt and notify you via email regarding the return status.

· Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and are expected to be received within 2–3 business days after approval.
· If the return is due to product quality issues, shipping errors, or damage during transit, we will cover all shipping costs.
· If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., not satisfied, size mismatch), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. If a reshipment is needed, we will cover the reshipping logistics costs.
