Return & Refund Policy

Order Cancellation

You may contact customer service to cancel your order at any time before the product is shipped or produced, and we will process a full refund. Once the product has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled. 

Return Conditions

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving the product, provided the following conditions are met:
· The product is unused, in its original condition, with all accessories and packaging intact.
· A valid proof of purchase is provided.
· Customized or personalized products are not eligible for returns without cause. 

Return Process

Step 1: Contact customer service (contact@urevo.com) to obtain the return address and instructions.
Step 2: Ship the product back to the designated address. We recommend keeping the shipping proof.
Step 3: We will inspect the returned product within 2–3 business days of receipt and notify you via email regarding the return status.

Refund Details

· Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and are expected to be received within 2–3 business days after approval.
· If the return is due to product quality issues, shipping errors, or damage during transit, we will cover all shipping costs.
· If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., not satisfied, size mismatch), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. If a reshipment is needed, we will cover the reshipping logistics costs.

What to Do If You Haven’t Received Your Refund

If you have not received your refund within the expected time frame, we recommend:
1. Checking your bank account or payment platform balance.
2. Contacting your card issuer or payment provider to confirm the processing status.
