  1. Lucky Draw Terms

    A. Each participant is entitled to one entry. This offer is no longer visible to participants who have already entered.

    B. Every spin is a guaranteed win, offering either a voucher or a physical gift

    C. Vouchers will be sent to the participant’s submitted email address. Vouchers are valid on all products on the official website excluding accessories, relax massagers, and refurbished items. Each voucher is for one-time use only and can be stacked with other ongoing website promotions.

    D. Vouchers are valid until Apr 30 and can be redeemed only on the UREVO Official Website. If the order value is less than the voucher amount, the remaining balance will not be refunded.

    E. Participants who win a lanyard can present the winning screen to on-site staff to redeem the prize immediately. For other physical gifts, please fill in the shipping information on the wining page or in your email. Physical gifts are available while stocks last, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. All prizes must be claimed during the event period.

    F. The use of multiple accounts, automated participation, or any fraudulent behavior may result in disqualification. UREVO reserves the right of final interpretation of the Lucky Draw promotion.
