The screen displays E2/E7/E8
Please open the motor cover and check that the wiring control is properly installed
Remote control batteries drain fast
Please contact the customer service centre to exchange the remote control
Remote control does not work
Please re-pair the remote control with the treadmill. The steps are as follows: 1. Switch off the treadmill 2. Press the ‘Start’ and ‘+’ buttons on the remote control at the same time, and the indicator light of the remote control will flash. 3. Turn on the power switch, after the sound of drops, the code is successful.
The screen displays E06
Please open the motor cover and check if the carbon brush cover is detached. If it is detached, please contact the customer service centre to resend the carbon brush cover.
Didn't Power On
1. Check the lines connect correct 2. Check that the switch and meter are illuminated and that the motor is working or not

Check whether the communication cable is loose (whether the pins are inserted crooked) or broken. Replace or insert tightly.

Treadmill has a loud noise
Please make sure that the sound comes out only when you are running. If yes, the noise is the sound of the feet touching the running board, which is normal. If the treadmill still makes a lot of noise when no one is running, please do the following: 1. Add some oil under the belt and runs 15 mins without people running on it. 2. Open the motor cover to see if there is any foreign matter involved in the motor.
