Remote control does not work
Please note that the remote control can only be used when it is folded. When the handrail is raised, the treadmill enters the running mode and the treadmill can only be controlled with the shuttle.
After switching on, the screen lights up for a few seconds and then goes dark

Is the treadmill in Kilometres or Miles?
The United States is in miles. European countries are in kilometres.
The armrests cannot be lifted
Please check if the wire rope catch at the bottom of the machine has come off
