UREVO Live Giveaway Official Rules
- Agreement to Rules：
1.1 By participating in the UREVO Live Giveaway (the "Promotion") hosted on the UREVO US Official Website Livestream (the "Platform") from June 15, 2026 7:00 PM PDT to 8:00 PM PDT (the "Promotion Period"), you (the "Entrant") agree to be bound by these Official Rules, UREVO’s decisions (which are final and binding in all respects), and any terms and conditions applicable to the Platform. UREVO reserves the right to refuse, withdraw, or disqualify any entry at its sole discretion at any time.
- Eligibility：
2.1 The promotion is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of UREVO and their immediate family members or household members are not eligible to participate.
- How to Enter
During the Promotion Period, watch the livestream on the UREVO Official Website. The host start a lucky draw. To qualify for the lucky draw, Entrants must:
- Provide a valid email address to enter into the random draw pool.
- Prize Details：
- Frist Prize: Three (3) Foldable treadmill Mat, valued at $39.99.
Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, cannot be combined with other offers or promotions, and cannot be substituted except at UREVO’s sole discretion.
- Drawing and Notification：
- Draw Time: Within seven (7) days after the Promotion ends, eligible Entrants will be entered into a random draw pool, and winners will be selected randomly from the pool.
- Notification: Winners will be notified via email to the address provided during entry (sent from shop@urevo.com for North America) and announced publicly on the UREVO US Official Website livestream landing page within seven (7) days after the draw.
- Redemption: Winners will receive a redemption code via email, valid for one (1) month from the date of email delivery. To claim the prize, winners must use the redemption code on the official UREVO website. No shipping, handling, or taxes will be charged to the winner.
- Forfeiture: If a winner fails to use the redemption code within the specified time frame, the prize will be forfeited.
- Disqualification：
6.1 UREVO reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant whose entry is deemed inappropriate, fraudulent, copied, or in violation of these Official Rules. Please note that UREVO reserves the sole and final right to modify, suspend, replace, or terminate this event/programme at any time. We will make every reasonable effort to provide notice to participants in the event of termination or replacement to allow for proper winding down, but we may not always be able to do so. However, UREVO reserves the right to make changes without the full notice period in exceptional circumstances, as permitted by law.
- Terms and Conditions：
7.1 Prizes obtained through this campaign are strictly prohibited from being transferred for commercial purposes. Any coupon fraud behavior may lead to the suspension of the associated account.
7.2 Your personal info (e.g., name, email) will only be used for program-related purposes (e.g., eligibility checks, shipping, feedback coordination). We do not sell any personal info to third parties and we share your personal info only with your authorization in accordance with applicable local data protection laws. 7.4 The Promoter is not responsible for nor shall have no liability for Winner’s failure to receive notices due to email security settings that may cause notifications to be marked as spam or junk email. Nor shall be Promoter be liable for the Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.
7.5 In its sole discretion, the UREVO reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate any and all UREVO Live Giveaway should non-authorized human intervention, a bug or virus, fraud, or other causes beyond the UREVO's control, impact or corrupt the security, fairness, proper conduct, or administration of UREVO Live Giveaway. The UREVO, in the event of any of the above issues, may determine the Winner based on all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by the UREVO. Individuals who tamper with or attempt to tamper with the operation or entry process of the UREVO Live Giveaway or website or violates these Terms & Conditions will be disqualified by the UREVO in its sole discretion. In its sole discretion, the UREVO has the right to maintain the integrity of UREVO Live Giveaway, to void votes for any reason, including, but not limited to: Multiple entries from the same user; multiple entries from the same computer beyond the number allowed by the UREVO Live Giveaway rules; or the use of bots, macros, scripts, or other technical means for entering. Attempts by any entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of any or all UREVO Live Giveaway may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. If any such attempt is made, the UREVO reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
7.6 UREVO is not responsible or liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by any winner.
7.7 UREVO reserves the right to disqualify any entrant whom the UREVO believes has tampered with the entry process.
