    Great Treadmill

This was perfect for my at home office! I wanted something where I could walk and work and this is excellent. Super easy to use, came ready to go right out of the box, remote works great, fairly easy to move (only issue is it gets caught on my rug sometimes - more a rug issue than a treadmill issue) I haven’t tried to go fast or run at all, but for walking it’s working really well. Not the quietest thing, but not loud. It would be nice if it had a pause button, however when in walking mode it doesn’t track distance anyway so not a big deal. Hoping it continues to work well for me!

    Troubleshooting

I found the instruction manual did not contain enough information to properly center the belt or diagnose why the treadmill would start making loud noise. It was very frustrating and the problem could not be resolved. However, the customer service did attempt to try and fix the problem. The customer service was very good and polite.

    Love this tiny treadmill

After selling my larger treadmill to make room for an infrared sauna, I missed the option of walking indoors when it was too hot in the Sonoran desert. My sister purchased one of these for my niece and I tried it out at her house and decided I had to have one. it is exactly as it says, and you do not have to put it together. You pull it out of the box lift up the display plug it in and off you go. It’s heavy enough to not be too flimsy. It has a remote control if you want to lower down the display and put it under your self rising desk and work while you have a brisk walk.

    Defective belt

I was so excited with all the positive reviews. Then I get an item that is defective and the belt Just constantly moves and starts to rub.

*update* the seller has contacted me and will be sending me a replacement. I will re do this review once I get my new item

WFH ADD assistant and Step Saver

I work from home and before I got this, I barely hit 6k steps a day. I've had this for a couple months and at first I would slide it under my desk and then put it up against the wall now I just leave it under my desk and use it throughout the day even when I am gaming. An added benefit to this is it actually helps with my ADD and helps me stay focused longer.

    Some Notes:
    - Does NOT get hot. I have used it for as long as an hour at 1 time and felt the belt, motor area, and around the device and felt no heat.
    - It can go faster than you think but only when the control bar is up.
    - if using in treadmill mode (bar up) absolutely use the safety clip!
    - When using it under a desk make sure it's pulled out far enough or you will be walking off the back of it . This one might not be ideal for taller people (I'm 5'4"). I believe they have other models that are a bit longer.
    - Check the belt alignment often. I didn't know it could get misaligned until I had a small issue and realized there was a huge gap on one side. Running the device with nothing on it for a couple minutes will realign the belt. But there are also tightening points if needed.
    - Check under the belt for lubricant. They provide 20ml but if you use the pad a lot you'll probably wanna get more.
    - Wear running or walking shoes. I was stupid and just wore my house slippers and then couldn't figure out why my knee was hurting...switched to running shoes and knee no longer hurts.
    - The control bar is a bit tricky to get up at first but after you do it a couple times you'll have no problems with it

The only issue I have had with it so far is a knocking sound that started the other day. I pulled out the manual and discovered that:
    1. Belt was misaligned
    2. All the lubricant had dried up
After following the steps for realigning and lubricating all seems good.

    Things I wish it had:
    1. A better indicator of where the front wheels are. As a shorter person I have to tilt it pretty far before I can tell it's on the wheels and this results in scraping the floor a little.
    2. A cover. Leaning it against the wall can scratch the wall and leave marks. It also collects pet hair and dust so a protective cover would be nice.
    3. A pause button. It only stops and starts so if I have to get off for a second I have to completely stop it, then start it again and re adjust the speed. Would be nice to have it keep the last setting and just restart to that.
    4. Cumulative distance tracking not just current run time.

Otherwise so far this is a great little under desk walking pad/treadmill with a good price.
