Giving it 2 stars because the initial customer service was good. My first treadmill broke after 2 months they send me a new one after I contacted them. The 2nd one worked for 1 year and has now stopped working. If you buy it just be aware it will probably last you only a year. I did all the maintenance as recommended in the instructions. I’d recommend the extended warranty if you do buy this product. I now have 2 huge drying racks :(.
Treadmill easy to install, suitable for small spaces, good quality, just what I was looking for me and my family.
Bought for walking while I watch tv. It’s been great. Takes up very little space and is not terribly loud.
Love my last treadmill from this company, and I am enjoying especially as I watch Netflix I just walk. I decided to upgrade and got this new one and it actually costs less, but better! The new design, and the touch dial is definitely a nice touch and helps control speed faster than pressing buttons. I love the fact that it's pretty easy to move around and also to change from jogging to walking modes.
