I started a course online that requires 100% monitored attendance. Where as I would walk and move about during my normal day, now I was stuck at a monitor for almost 10 hours straight. I bought this treadmill and have been doing a minimum of 2 sessions a day with it. Each time I get about 5-7 miles.
So far I've lost over 12lbs while using this thing and i'm sold! .. don't get sedentary like I was, get moving!
As you'll see in the picture I attached, it has an open bottom so just be aware that anything under if not flat, will rub against the treadmill. I had to move my standing desk pad out of the way, but all in it's worth it.
I found it challenging to find time for walking while working 10 hr shifts. This has made it very easy for me to walk 3-5 miles all while working. I feel so much better.
I have been putting off setting up a work from home officeĄ since 2020. Guess we arenĄŻt going back so it was time to get going! I walked a lot as I worked in downtown Columbus and have been really missing it. I bought this treadmill to go under my standing desk and itĄŻs been a game changer! Highly recommend
The treadmill is just what it says. No frills but easy to store under my bed and fits under my desk when raised. Great for getting steps in during meetings and training calls.
I work from home and I was not getting enough physical activity. I absolutely love this walking treadmill and when I donĄŻt feel like walking I just put it against the wall adjust my desk and sit. It has really helped me stay active and the quality is great.
